Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge

Southwind Extension District & Allen County E-Communities are excited to host the Allen County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge! All 9th-12th Grade students and young entrepreneurs in Allen County are invited and encouraged to participate! Do you know of a student with a business or product idea? We want to hear those ideas at the Allen County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge held on March 5, 2025 in Humboldt.

At Allen County YEC, students will be judged on their business idea, executive summary, and formal presentation (not exceeding 4 minutes). Our top three businesses will win cash prizes totaling $1800!

Students can compete as individuals or as a group. Businesses can be a real dream, already existing, or completely hypothetical.

Sign-up as an Entrepreneur for the Allen County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (YEC) 2024 by clicking the Choose Role drop-down.
